Once secured, collapse the steel bollard in seconds. Simply remove the lock, lift slightly, and lower to ground. When collapsed, the 4″ system sits just 6.5″ high, clearing service vehicles, trucks, and vans without obstruction, while the 6" system sits 9-10" off the ground, allowing larger trucks and vans to pass over.

Standing upright, the standard height reaches 42″, with custom sizes available. Ideal for facilities requiring on-demand access control without permanent infrastructure. Durable steel construction withstands repeated use while the locking mechanism ensures security when deployed.

FAQs - Collapsible Locking Bollards

When grounded, the highest piece of the 4″ collapsible bollard system will be 6.5” tall, allowing service vehicles, trucks, and vans to clear it with ease. For the 6" Collapsible Bollard, when grounded, the post will be 9-10" tall.

The standard Collapsible Bollard is made from schedule 40 U.S. steel pipe in either 4" or 6" diameter with a standard height of 42".

Simply remove the lock, lift the pipe about an inch, and carefully lay it down. To stand it up, lift the pipe and reattach the lock to ensure the pipe is in the correct position.

No, we do not supply pad locks with the Collapsible Bollard.

You will receive a 4" or 6" dome top safety yellow 1/8" Standard Bollard Cover along with the Collapsible Bollard. Any other color or applicable Bollard Cover options are available upon request.
