The Flat Top Bollard Caps are available in two different sizes: 4" and 6". Both are designed to be a snug fit in the posts. The 4" option fits 4" Sch. 40 Pipe with an ID of 4.0" and OD of 4.5". The 6" option fits 6" Sch. 40 Pipe has ID of 6.065" and OD of 6.625". Rubber mallet may be needed for installation to get flush into the pipe.
